What material grades are available?
We supply general-purpose, automotive, UV-stabilized, flame-retardant, light-diffusing, reinforced, food-contact and custom-color options according to application requirements.
Can you provide samples?
Yes. Sample availability, cost and delivery are confirmed according to the requested grade and destination.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard minimum order quantity is 1 ton. Trial requirements can be discussed with our material team.
Do you support custom color and performance requirements?
Yes. We support color matching and application-oriented modification after reviewing the target properties and processing conditions.
What quality documents are available?
Material data sheets, batch inspection information and available compliance documents can be provided according to the grade and order.
How are quality issues handled?
Our technical team reviews the batch information, application conditions and inspection results, then confirms the appropriate handling under the order terms.
